Delivery & Returns



The Record Hub is 100% Irish and based in Dublin. This means that Republic of Ireland customers will face no extra VAT or Customs charges on any of their purchases. The price you see at checkout is the final charge.

As we are based in the Republic Of Ireland, this also means that there are minimal expected delays in your Irish delivery. All Republic Of Ireland orders are direct to your door and completely trackable thanks to our delivery partners at An Post.

Shipping within Ireland: 

  • We charge a standard shipping rate of €5 on all orders under €50. On orders over €50 (after any discounts applied), we'll pay the shipping fee. 
  • Orders are sent via An Post tracked delivery.

Shipping to the UK:

  • We charge a standard rate of €9.75 on all orders.

Shipping to rest of the EU:

  • We charge a standard shipping rate of €15 on all orders.

Shipping to the rest of the world:

  • We charge an international shipping rate of €25 on all orders.

Excluded countries (due to cost of shipping):

  • Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, Liechtenstein, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland

PLEASE NOTE: These are shipping times for our vinyl products. Equipment (Turntables, Speakers and Amps) can sometimes experience slightly longer processing times and therefore may arrive a day or so after the above estimated times. 


Your right to cancel your order

When you purchase online you have a statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days. You then have 14 days from the date you cancelled the order to return the product to The Record Hub. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods prior to returning them. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting in the handing of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their functionality and suitability.

Please note:
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. A full refund of the value of the goods will be issued upon proof of the items being returned. All returned goods must be unopened and in their original packaging.

This Returns Policy is in accordance with The European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.

Your Consumer Rights

Consumer contracts are protected by the Sale of Good and Supply of Services Act 1980 (as amended) (“the Act”) and other applicable legislation.

Under the Act the purchaser of goods has a number of rights, including that:

  • Goods must be of merchantable quality – goods should be of reasonable quality taking into account what they are meant to do, their durability and their price
  • Goods must be fit for their purpose – they must do what they are reasonably expected to do
  • Goods must be as described - the buyer must not be mislead into buying something by the description of goods or services given orally by a salesperson or an advertisement.

These rights cannot be excluded and are in addition to any extended warranty you may purchase or any voluntary manufacturer’s warranty you may be given.

Goods Damaged in Transit

Damaged goods need to be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us at to report any damages. We will arrange to have the goods returned and either offer a replacement or refund the price to you.

Return of Faulty Goods

If a product is defective in any way, please arrange to return the item by contacting us at An acknowledgement or your request to return will be provided. We will either deliver a new one to you or refund you the cost of the product. In some cases an inspection of the product may be required. A repair or replacement product may be offered. Standard delivery charged will be refunded.


Refunds will be made by us via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within 3-5 working days.
