CHRISTMAS 2025 Shipping

Our delivery partners at An Post have informed us that their last postage cut-off for guaranteed Christmas delivery will be Tuesday, 16th December, for all Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland orders. While we will be shipping out orders right up until Christmas, we cannot guarantee delivery before the 25th if ordered after this date.

Where's my order?

Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email which contains tracking information. You can also look up the status of your shipment on our Order Lookup page

Once your order has left TheRecordHub.com you will receive a confirmation email which contains tracking information from An Post, this means your new record is making its way to you. You can also look up the status of your shipment on our Order Lookup page.

Please check your tracking number for the latest updates to your delivery and allow up to 5 working days for delivery from time of order. All orders on TheRecordHub.com are trackable via An Post.

Please note that our delivery packaging contains our brand logo and is identifiable.

Free shipping on all orders over €70 to Ireland


Shipping within Ireland: 
  • We charge a standard shipping rate of €5.45 on all orders under €70. On orders over €70, we pay the shipping fee. 
  • Orders are sent via An Post tracked delivery.

Shipping to the UK:

  • We charge a standard rate of €9.75 on all orders.

  • If you are shipping to the UK you may be subject to a customs charge levied by Royal Mail. This is unfortunately outside of our control.

    Shipping to rest of the EU:

    • We charge a standard shipping rate of €15 on all orders.

    Shipping to the rest of the world:

    • We charge an international shipping rate of €25 on all orders.
    • You may be subject to a customs charge levied by your postal provider. This is unfortunately outside of our control.

    Excluded countries (due to shipping restrictions):

    • Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Cambodia, Moldova, Montenegro, Liechtenstein, Norway, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Switzerland

    USA Shipping:

    • From the 29th August 2025, orders under 800USD will now no longer be covered by the 'de minimis exemption' and customs and duties will now be applied locally when your order arrives into the United States. Please note that this applied to all shipments to the United States of America. 

      You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

      We have no control over these charges and we’re unable predict their amount, and, as we do not take payments for these charges, we’re unable to reimburse the costs for them.

      Please contact or visit the website for your local customs office for further information regarding import duty and taxes. 

       

      What's your refund policy?

      Simply put, if you're not happy, we're not happy. If within 14 days of receiving your package, you discover that something is not quite right then please contact us at hello@therecordhub.com and we'll do our best to make it right.

      Due to customs changes we are seeing significant delays with deliveries to the US. This is due to a number of factors but include extra checks on deliveries and longer clearance times.

      How do Pre-Orders work?


      Each pre-order album has an associated release date listed and will ship on or very close to that date. If you place an order with pre-order products and "available now" products together, your entire order will ship on the latest pre-order date of any pre-order products. If you have further questions, please contact us at hello@therecordhub.com

      Pre-Orders are picked and packed upon product release date (no-earlier). This means that your order will ship on it's release date and will arrive within the shipping timeframe above. As much as we would like it to be, the Pre-Order release date is not your delivery date. 

      Can I track my order?

      Yes, all our orders are sent via tracked shipping. Once your package has left our warehouse you will be sent an email with tracking details. Please note that it can sometimes take up to 24 hours for this tracking info to become active.
       

      What currency am I charged in?

      We can process orders in most major currencies. Simply select the currency you wish to be charged in from the drop-down menu at the top of the page. Currencies available: EUR, GBP, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, DKK, HKD, JPY, SGD

      Do you have a rewards/loyalty scheme?

      We do. To join, simply go to our Rewards page and in the pop-up window, click Join Now. If you've already created an account when you checked out on a previous purchase you can use those details to login. 

      For every €1 you spend you get 2 points. And for every 100 points you accrue you get €1 worth of store credit to spend on a subsequent purchase.

      Also, for every friend you refer, you get 500 points (€5) - you can get your referral link to share when you login. Just share the link and when a friend makes a purchase via your link, you'll get 500 points.

      The sooner you join the sooner you'll start accruing points. 

      Do you accept One4All cards?

      We do accept One4All, but due to an EU Anti-Money Laundering Directive that came into force in January 2020, any orders over €50 will be declined. If you make an order with a total value under €50, it will be accepted.

      Please also note: you must checkout using the regular checkout with One4All cards. ShopPay checkout will not accept them.

      Are product images accurate?

      As much as possible our product images give an indication of what you should receive. There may be colour shading variations however, as they are graphical representations.

       

      Brexit Proof Vinyl Shopping In Ireland

      The Record Hub is 100% Irish and based in Dublin. This means that Republic of Ireland customers will face no extra VAT or Customs charges on any of their purchases. The price you see at checkout is the final charge.

      As we are based in the Republic Of Ireland, this also means that there are minimal expected delays in your Irish delivery. All Republic Of Ireland orders are direct to your door and completely trackable thanks to our delivery partners at An Post.

      2. How do I get it?
        1. Purchase a Digital Gift Card as usual HERE
          1. Select Value
          2. Hit ’Send As Gift'
          3. Enter your or the recipient's details (Name, Email, Greeting)
          4. Specify if you would like to send it now or later - You can always send it to yourself and forward it on later, too
          5. Add to Cart and begin checkout
        2. At Check-Out, the value shown will be for the amount you pay, NOT the final value of the Gift Card.
        3. The end user will receive the FULL amount, including the 20% EXTRA FREE.

        

      3. How will I receive my gift card

      1. You will receive your Gift Card by email. If you nominate to send the Gift Card to another person pre-check-out, then you will receive the receipt in your email only. The recipient will receive the Digital Gift Card at your nominated time (now or later)

      2. Please be advised that the mails can often fall into Junk or Spam inboxes, please check before contacting customer service. Gift Cards can take a few moments to arrive, depending on your email provider, but are instant in most cases.
      3. The Gift Card will arrive at you or your recipient from 'The Record Hub <hello@gift.therecordhub.com>'
      4. Your opened Gift Card will show the full redeemable balance, inclusive of 20% EXTRA FREE, along with the redemption code.

      4. How Do I Use My Gift Card
      1. Shop as usual and add the Gift Card code in the ‘Discount Code or Gift Card’ box at check-out, and it will be applied to your basket. 
      2. Any unused balance will remain on your Gift Card Code. Please don’t lose it.
      3. If the Gift Card Balance doesn’t cover the full basket amount, you pay the balance using your Credit/Debit Card or other accepted payment method. 
      4. Normal Sale + Refund Rules apply. All for the value of the original purchase only.
