Raw, honest, and visually inventive, 'Anemone' is a powerful therapy session, and a primal scream from a first time filmmaker. But don't let that description fool you - the score by Bobby Krlic is one of our favourites of the year. An arresting shoegaze symphony swirls in the air and crashes like waves over surreal imagery, and impeccable delivered monologues by one of the greatest living performers.
